I’m a very soft touch, and it’s extremely rare that I have to enforce these policies, but it’s good for everyone to have them in writing.
<\/b>
Scheduling<\/b>
Lessons are scheduled on a recurring basis, either weekly or every two weeks, on a regular day and time. At first we may schedule every week’s lesson as we find a schedule that works for each of us. I teach Thursday through Monday<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing\/payment<\/b>
I ask students to pay for each month’s lessons at the first meeting of that month, though I can make exceptions when necessary. Usually during the first month lessons are paid for week to week, as we get acquainted, and you decide you want to continue on a regular basis. Remember to check your calendar to see if the current month has four lessons, or five (or two vs. three, if biweekly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missed lessons<\/b>
Please call at least 24 hours before your lesson to reschedule. If you call less than 24 hours before, you need to ask very nicely! <\/i>Otherwise, the lesson is considered missed and I cannot credit or reschedule. If something goes horribly wrong and I have to reschedule your lesson at the last moment, we will do a make-up at your convenience, or credit the miss toward the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/b>
Sorry, I can’t give refunds for partial months of lessons. If for some reason you need to discontinue lessons in the middle of a month, I can credit you for the missed lessons at such time as you are able to make them up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
