The only place I&#8217;ve seen it mentioned since is in the <a href=\"http:\/\/wadrumline.org\/\">wadrumline.org<\/a> &nbsp;list of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wadrumline.org\/pdfs\/rudiments\/128HybridRudimentBook2.pdf\">128 hybrid rudiments<\/a>.
