An item from my Cruise Ship Drummer! site, breaking down the paradiddle-diddle rudiment completely, and applying it to the drum set in a whole bunch of ways— there’s a lot of stuff pack into, and possible with, that one little six- note pattern.
Play these in the obvious written meter, and as triplets in 4/4 (or whichever meter), and as 8ths and 16ths in 3/4 or other #/4 meters. Move them around the drums.
